Our mission: To keep art and music alive by helping new and struggling artists/entertainers promote their talents, find their way and grow.
Our goal: To become a well known source that offers free resources to assist individuals such as new up and coming artists/entertainers in the field of the arts. Ultimately helping them in their journey to create and maintain a successful career in music, art or live entertainment.
Our nonprofit organization is partnered with it’s parent company On Stage Now Entertainment. By creating the on stage now development programs we are now able to offers several different free resources to help struggling artists and entertainers. We take public donations to help support these programs.

Stephanie is an entrepreneur, inventor and business owner, who currently owns and runs 3 Arizona based business. She is originally from southern California and moved to Arizona in 1999. Stephanie’s married, has children and grandchildren. Stephanie is also a bit of an artist who loves creating art from odd things such as recycled materials. One of her passions is helping teens, by teaching art techniques to young artists through her volunteer work at the Alice Cooper’s Solid Rock Teen Center in downtown Phoenix. Stephanie also runs the open mic program through that organization as well, and has had experience working with a lot of amazing talent. Watching the young Arizona talent grow around her, she knew she wanted to give back more, so she founded the On Stage Now Development Programs in 2020 for all up and coming entertainers and artists looking to grow their careers in the field of the arts. Currently, Stephanie has been growing the organization, and giving of her time to help others succeed.
Stacy is a big supporter of local musicians. MB Entertainment Group is owned by Stacy and her daughter Taylor. MBE manages and books assists with promotion and PR for the artists on their roster. For the past 8 years Stacy has been involved as one of the producers of Rock The District along with the Cave Creek Unified Education Foundation raising money for teachers to purchase what they need for their classrooms by making students rockstars for the day! Planning events, festivals, concerts and working with musicians has always been part of Stacy’s life. We are very excited to have her on our board to help book and promote Az local artists.
Jessica is all about the numbers. In her 9 to 5, she works as an Accounting Specialist keeping the books for a Colorado based firm that provides bookkeeping and back-office support to several not-for profit organizations, as well as acting as Fiscal Agent for several government funded programs serving youth involved in the court system. She has worked various accounting roles and has over 2 decades of experience in the field. She is passionate about helping non-profit organizations succeed in serving their communities. Jessica loves music and wants to see local artists gain opportunities for growth.
Joanna is the secretary for On Stage Now. With a decade of experience in the non-profit sector, primarily in early childhood education, Joanna brings a strong commitment to community service and a deep appreciation for the arts. Although new to the arts field, Joanna is passionate about listening to music and is excited to help people realize their dreams by finding their audience. Motivated by a desire to see people make their dreams come true, Joanna is dedicated to supporting On Stage Now’s mission. Outside of work, Joanna loves to travel and experience different cultures.
